Computers at all Branches

Computers with Internet access and Microsoft Office 2013 or LibreOffice are available at each Nueces County Public Library locations.

Computers are available for adults, teens, and children.

Patrons will need to have their library card with them at all times to check out a computer. If you have a fine please visit the circulation desk for more information.

There are certain sections of the computer area for patrons to use such as a 2 hour limit, 1 hour limit and a 15 minute use of the computer. There is a time amount of 4 hours a day on a computer.

Pop Pop's Place Computers: Keach Family Library Only
Parent Computers:

Pop Pop's Place has two parent computers. Parent computers are reserved for parents or caregivers who are visiting the library with their child(ren). The parents/caregiver is still responsible for the behavior and safety of the child(ren) in Pop Pop's Place.

WiFi

The library has free WiFi for patrons that is available after hours as well. No password is required to use the WIFI at County Branch locations.

To check out a HotSpot please fill out the form above (Mobile Hotspot/iPad/Equipment Loan Checkout Agreement)

Then click on the image below to place a hold on the hotspot. Library staff will call you when to pick up the item.

Purpose: Nueces County Public Library lends mobile hotspots to help bridge the digital divide and improve access to information in the library County. Hotspots can be borrowed from the main library branch.
