The Nueces County Public Library has three branches.

Keach Family Library - Robstown, Texas

Bishop Branch Library - Bishop, Texas

Nueces County Law Library - Corpus Christi, Texas

 

The Nueces County Public Library first opened its doors in 1939 as the Alpha Library with approximately 1,447 books in its collection. Established in 2008, The Nueces County Public Library has grown to serve a diverse community of more than 352,107, providing materials, information, programs, services and educational opportunities in a wide variety of formats. We are dedicated to helping patrons of all ages pursue their educational, informational, recreational, and cultural interests in a way that is meaningful to them. With two locations, computers are available, grant funded Peek-A-Book stations, story time and craft, people are introduced with creativity and educational services. Nueces County Public Libraries serve all of Nueces County and the State of Texas residents.
